As Registered Care Manager of 4Life Healthcare Services, Caleb is involved in every aspect of how the family-run agency function, from managing the daily office and overseeing training of staff, through to providing 24/7 assistance to clients and families, whether via email, on the phone, or in person.
After a 16-year period spent in various managerial positions within the retail industry, Caleb made the decision to move away from the larger corporations, to fulfil the ambition of becoming a full-time carer for vulnerable adults within the community.
Driven by providing excellent quality care and support, with continuous thought and aspiration into how the 4Life team can make a difference, Caleb believes wholly in leading by their defining strapline; ‘caring is our passion’.
Care & Safeguarding Manager
In 2017, in partnership with Caleb, 4Life Healthcare Services was born, with the goal to deliver excellent quality & consistent care to the community.
Hannah plays a vital role within the company which involves the preparing and writing of meticulous care plans for clients, as well as the crucial job of matching them with the carer best suited to their individual needs and requirements.
With the invaluable knowledge & skillset with which Hannah gained from previous experience within the public sector, including Kent Police & the NHS, this has formed an integral part in creating the service that 4Life Healthcare pride themselves on today.
Service & Compliance Coordinator
Elizabeth joined the 4Life Healthcare family in 2017, following a long career within retail management for a large organisation.
Elizabeth plays the key role of Service & Compliance Coordinator, ensuring both staff and clients are safe and happy. Elizabeth is tasked with planning care capacity and coordinating different activities to promote outstanding practice. Driven by her love of caring for people and having completed an NVQ Level 5 in Management, her role within 4Life has been a calling and makes her proud of what the team have achieved to date.
Client Relations & Training Manager
After a long-standing career as an Area Manager within the beauty care industry, Jeff embarked on his ambition to move into the home and personal care sector.
Jeff’s role focuses on all aspects of good quality care, whilst concentrating on trust, respect, dignity and good communication at all times.
Having joined the company in 2017, Jeff feels the rewards far outweigh the challenges and proof that it’s really never too late to make a change, regardless of what stage of career you are at.
