24-HOUR COMMUNICATION
Unlike some home care agencies who are more task orientated, we are in constant communication with our clients and their families - both in between visits, and during their routine of care, to update and consult them on the level of support being provided.
We can also help to reduce the stress on family members by contacting the relevant medical practices on their behalf - night or day, be that GPs, district nurses, clinicians, hospitals etc. We're here for you every step of the way.
Our determination to do the right thing by our clients is just another way of showing our commitment and passion to providing consistently high levels of care.
