Paying for Care
FUNDING YOUR CARE AT HOME
When it comes to paying for your care, we offer complete transparency, clear pricing,
and a full breakdown of your care costs – with no hidden fees.
UNDERSTANDING CARE COSTS
There are many ways in which you can fund your care at home, and whilst it may first seem difficult deciding on the best method for you, we promise you an affordable and reassuring care process from start to finish.
With flexible care packages designed around your requirements, you and your family remain in total control over your home care needs. And, should your circumstances change, you have the option to increase or reduce your home care support services at any time - at no additional cost to you.
Most importantly, you will only ever pay what has been agreed in your care plan, so that means no unwelcome surprises!
HOME CARE COST OPTIONS
We are proud to be able to provide home care services to both public, and private health care clients. We take careful consideration when discussing your care payment options, which we'll go through with you in detail, during your free home care assessment.
For our elderly clients specifically, you may decide that self-funding is your preferred option, or you may choose a third party, such as a relative to help fund your care - you can even opt for combination of both. In some circumstances, clients may be eligible for healthcare funding, social care funding, or local authority support.
Some people with long-term complex health needs may qualify for free social care, arranged and funded through the NHS, known as NHS continuing healthcare. To be eligible for this, you must first be assessed by a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, who will determine if your complex needs meet the very comprehensive set of criteria. If you have any questions, we will be happy to go through these in more detail with you.
